dc.description.abstractThis is a report on a two (2) days capacity building workshop for the integration of Global Citizen Education into the Curriculum (GCED) in Uganda that was held on the 3rd and 4th of November, 2016 at the Imperial Royale Hotel, Kampala. The workshop was organized by the Uganda National Commission for UNESCO in partnership with Asia Pacific Center of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) and National Curriculum Development Center (NCDC). The main purpose of the workshop was to increase the level of awareness and knowledge on GCED of key players in Uganda’s education sector, enhance the capacity of all stakeholders to deliver GCED content and to exchange ideas and insights on ways to effectively 1integrate GCED into Uganda’s curriculum.en_US
