dc.description.abstract1.0 BACKGROUND The UNESCO Associated Schools Project Network (ASP-net) member schools held a work camp held at Mt. St Mary's Namagunga 2010 at which the ASP-net Schools Coordinators recommitted themselves to implementing the National annual plan. They were also asked to submit work plans from the individual schools. A few coordinators submitted their school work plans, magazines, and annual reports within the agreed time. Because of the poor responses, UNATCOM resolved to suspend the 2011 work camp but instead carried out support supervision in the schools to strengthen programme. the The schools that submitted their work plans include; Kamuli Boys Primary School, Ikirah Education centre, Mt. St. Namagunga, Busikho Primary Teachers College, Bombo Army Secondary School and M.M College Wairaka. Although Kasese Primary school and Immaculate Heart Girls did not submit their work plan, they were considered because they had participated well in ASPnet activities. The UNATCOM Assistant Secretary General and National Coordinator of ASPnet, Ms Rosie Agoi carried out the Support supervision with the help of interns at the Commission, Nalukenge Primjulie and Ingabire Nadine from 4th- 8th July 2011.en_US
