Abstract

GENERAL INFORMATION General Information section explains in general terms the system and the purpose for which it is intended. The section also provides a general overview of the system, outlines the uses of the system's hardware and software requirements, system's configuration, user access levels and system's behaviour in case of any contingencies. 1.1 1.1 SYSTEM OVERVIEW This is an application that helps the Local Government (LG) inspectors to evaluate and report on the status of a school in terms of quality education provisioning. The current Inspection application (App) is installed on an Android powered tablet. It has the national primary school Inspection tool and SPA tool that independently concentrate on the aspects to evaluate Effectiveness of teaching and learning and effectiveness of headteacher and management.
