1.0 Introduction The Education and Sports Sector Annual Performance Report (ESSAPR), is an institutional document required to be produced annually by the Education and Sports Sector. It is the main document that presents a synopsis of the overall performance of the Education and Sports Sector during FY 2012/13. It tracks progress made and the challenges encountered by the sector, in its efforts to achieve the broad and specific policy objectives.
