Abstract

Executive Summary The NCS Annual Report 2017/18 gives a comprehensive account of the major sports accomplishments performances/activities of the Council, both administratively through its departments/units and technically through the 40 affiliated/compliant National Sports Federations/Associations. The report also points to the challenges faced in achieving Council's Mission and Vision and proposed strategies can be done to address these challenges. The NCS Annual Report 2017/18 has been prepared in line with the NCS Strategic Plan 2016/2021 especially for the set goals and undertakings to be carried out in the subsequent year 2018/2019 for sports development. The NCS Annual Report follows the Financial Year and hence runs from July 2017 to June 2018.
