Abstract

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 1.0 Introduction This is the eighth (8th) Education and Sports Sector Annual Performance Report (ESSAPR) produced annually since October 2004. As the other preceding ESSAPRS, it presents the Education and Sports Sector performance during FY 2010/11, challenges met and emerging policy measures to be followed in the short-run. It is one of the documents envisaged to inform the 18th Education and Sports Sector Review process that comes 12 months after the 17th that took place from 15th-17th November 2010.
