    Abstract
As a young person, you will go through a stage of life that is known as puberty. This is a time when your body begins to develop and change as you move from being a child to becoming an adult. This usually happens between ages eight and 13 in girls and between ages 10 and 15 in boys. During puberty several changes happen to your body, for instance girls’ breasts may grow, and they will get their first period (menstruation). Boys will experience growth of pubic hair, growth of hair and under the arms, around the chest, legs and face. You will also experience changes in the way you feel, think, make decisions, and relate with peers and people around you.
