Efforts have been made to determine who the nomads are, and the nature of their living conditions. This will enable us to consider what nomadic education is, the structure and scope of nomadic education in some African countries and how such educational provisions promote their cultural development in their communities and nations. Other issues considered are the development of nomadic education in the context of structural adjustment and poverty alleviation, the major lessons to be learnt from their educational development. This will enable us to peer into the future and to predict future trends in their educational development.en_US
