An act to provide fir the establishment and operation of Uganda National Commission for UNESCO (UNATCOM); to provide for the object of the Commission; to provide for the functions of the Commission; to provide for the board; to provide for the functions of the Board; to provide for Commitees of the Board; to provide for the Secretariat of the Commission; to provide for the funds of the Commission; and to provide for other related matters.
